Noisy...?

You're having trouble connecitng to your SIP trunking peer and although it shows registered via "sip show registry" when you do a "sip show peers" it says unregistered.  You may also be seeing the message:

Warning: 392 202.xx.xx.xx:5060 "Noisy feedback tells: pid=15241 .

in your log file...

This typically shows up when you have an older firewall that is doing "fixups" to the SIP protocol.  Try turning it off and the problem should go away.

For example, on a CISCO PIX you would go into configuration mode and say 

no fixup protocol sip 5060
no fixup protocol sip udp 5060
