Fonality PBXtra/Trixbox Dailing Problems or FastBusy?

Dialing problems...?
Your phone system has been running perfectly for weeks, months, perhaps years (yes, when TekOps installs systems our customers frequently enjoy multi-year uptimes) but all of a sudden you can't seem to dial out. Randomly, extensions through your enterprise, work where others do not. When dialing an extension you receive a fast-busy but the extension is connected and registered. In fact, all of the extensions are connected and registered.
A SOLUTION...
Most likely, what has happend is one of the internal call routing programs has failed due to a network related issue. When this happens there is no warning, no alert. Your Fonality system does not actually monitor this process (and it should). Contact us. We can help. If we can access your system remotely we can restart the process for you. Better, we can install a piece of software we've written that will automatically restart it if it crashes.
