COVID-19

COVID-19 has impacted our support service and we have reduced hours from 8a-4p M-F Eastern Standard Time.  We are closed outside of those ours and on all weekend and federally recognized holidays until further notice.

If you have a support contract that honors service outside those hours it will continue to be supported as usual.

There has been no impact to our availability or security.
